In stock cushions and cane parts usually ship same or next business day. Quick Ship rockers usually ship in 1 to 5 days. Allow 4-6 weeks for special order cushions.

DO NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY OF YOUR ROCKERS WITHOUT OPENING THE BOX(ES) AND COMPLETELY UNWRAPPING AND INSPECTING YOUR FURNITURE FOR DAMAGE.

If you sign for the delivery WITHOUT opening or unwrapping your furniture and later find concealed damage we will be UNABLE to assist you in filing a freight claim OR replacing the damaged item(s). Signing the delivery ticket without comment means that you AGREE that your furniture is NOT DAMAGED IN ANY WAY.

Please print and read our complete shipping terms and conditions before delivery if you have ordered rockers. Note that standard included shipping includes residential or commercial delivery to the curbside, nearest outside door, or closest access point reachable via freight truck which are tractor trailer sized trucks. If your location is not accessible by large truck, please let us know before we ship your furniture. If that is the case you may need to meet the driver at the end of your road, in a nearby parking lot, or pick it up from the freight terminal.

Other delivery options such as smaller delivery vehicles or placing the furniture in your desired room may be available for additional cost. Please contact us for a quote.

If you ask the driver to bring the carton inside, or unpack it for you, you may incur additional charges from the delivery company and these additional charges will be charged to you. If there is any question, please ask the driver first.
